Hospice 101:  NP/RN Documentation for Neuromuscular Disorders for Continuing Hospice Care

This is the third of a three-part series for the Nurse Practitioner/RN working in Hospice care.  The focus of this presentation will be discussion of criteria supporting continuing care for the hospice patient who has an end-stage neuromuscular disorder.  Specific criteria will be presented for inclusion in the face to face documentation.
