Hospice 101:  NP/RN Documentation for Alzheimer’s/Dementia for Continuing Hospice Care

This is the second of a three-part series for the Nurse Practitioner/RN working in Hospice care.  The focus of this presentation will be discussion of criteria supporting continuing care for the hospice patient who has Alzheimer’s or another type of dementia.  Specific criteria will be presented for inclusion in the face to face documentation.
